the shuttle service to al-haram was very convenient it ran frequently and reliably i liked the proximity to local shops making it easy to get food and other necessities the staff were kind which added to the experience
the carpet in the room looked old it gave a tired impression the shower in the bathroom had a slight issue it needed some attention the minibar fridge was not working i couldn't use it to keep my drinks cool

The traffic outside the hotel was very difficult. It took a long time to reach the hotel after arriving in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the haram, with access for prayers. The shuttle service provided frequent transportation, and it saved time and effort. The staff was helpful and responsive to requests, even though they were always busy. My room was generally clean, and it provided a comfortable space to rest after long days.
This caused waiting during peak hours. This delay was a bit frustrating when trying to get to prayers on time.

the shuttle service operated frequently to the masjid al haram. it made accessing the site very easy, even during peak times. my room included functional air conditioning and a safe for valuables. i found shops conveniently located just outside the hotel entrance.
the shower in my room drained slowly. this caused water to accumulate on the bathroom floor after each use. it was a minor inconvenience, but addressing it would improve the overall experience.

the restaurant provided a buffet with fresh ingredients. the variety included some egyptian dishes and i saw them being restocked often. the dining area remained clean during peak hours, which i appreciated.

Good Shuttle is Very Timely!

I found the shuttle service very timely. It runs 24/7. The location is really good because it makes you feel like you are not far from the Haram. I really liked the great services offered by the staff and the polite and attentive way that they treated guests.
The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The quality and variety should improve . I think the restaurant should also offer a wider variety of options.
